South Central Regional Library Council has moved to:

Clinton Hall, 108 N Cayuga St., Ithaca, NY

Clinton Hall is the large red brick building next to the Clinton House (the yellow building on the corner of Seneca and N. Cayuga)...after exiting the Cayuga Parking Garage, 235 S. Cayuga St.,  turn right (north) and cross over Green St. Clinton Hall is about a block and a half north on the opposite side of Cayuga Street.

There are two entrances to the Clinton Hall Building:

• Front entrance: Use the grey double doors in the middle of the storefronts, between "Innovations" and "Jillian's Drawers" and directly beneath the "Neighborworks" sign.   After going up one flight of stairs to the 2nd floor, continue straight ahead to either the elevator on the right, or one more set of stairs on the left. Go up to the 3rd floor.
• Rear entrance: For elevator access from street level. Go to rear of building via red brick driveway separating Clinton Hall and Clinton House.  Turn left at the back of the building and use the second set of doors. Once inside, use the elevator on the left to go to the 3rd floor.

Driving Directions

From Syracuse:
Take I-81 S to the US-11 / Rte-41 exit - Exit 12- to Rte-281
Turn left onto NY-281 toward Cortland.
Follow NY-281 - which becomes NY13 - into Ithaca (approx. 20 miles)
Turn left onto W State St.
Continue until W State St "Ts" at  Cayuga St.
Turn right onto Cayuga St, stay in right lane and continue across Green St.
Parking garage is just past the library on the left, across from the Holiday Inn.

From Route 79 E

Follow Rt 79 going west into Ithaca.

At the light at the bottom of the hill, bear right onto Seneca St. Stay on Seneca St and turn left at the third light, onto Cayuga St.

Stay in right lane and continue across Green St.

Parking garage is just past the library on the left, across from the Holiday Inn.

From 96B:
Continue to follow NY-96B to Ithaca.
NY-96B becomes S Aurora St. (Note: Bridge is under construction)
Before the bridge, turn left onto Clinton St. At light, turn right onto Cayuga St.
Parking garage is on the right, behind the library, across from the Holiday Inn.

From Elmira/Corning:
From I-86 / Rte 17, take the RT-13 exit - Exit 54 - toward Ithaca.
Merge onto NY-13 N.
In approx. 27 miles turn right onto W Clinton (at the CVS Pharmacy).
At the intersection past the 4-way stop, turn left onto Cayuga St.
Parking garage is on the right, across from the Holiday Inn.

From Rochester:
Take I-90 E / NYS Thruway East.
Take Exit 42 RT-14 toward Geneva / Lyons.
Turn slight right onto NY-14.
Merge onto NY-96 S toward Waterloo.
Continue to follow NY-96 to Ithaca. (Note: Rt 96 may have detours)
Turn right onto  Fulton St and move to the left lane.
Turn left onto State St.
Continue until W State St "Ts" at  Cayuga St.
Turn right onto Cayuga St, stay in right lane and continue across Green St.
Parking garage is just past the library on the left, across from the Holiday Inn.
